Is Sergeant Saddist?

Recently i was called up to see my CO.. well he told me tat most of our new bebies crews were too soft. i agreeded too, come on la in military cant hv ah kua rite... nowadays young ppl were over protected. generally its still arlight only a hand ard that spoiled the market. So i was tasked to become saddist... back to those days during BMT where u F ard to make them angry or made them speak up. seem like an easy job huh, but its nt . cos this will create a bad relationship. dun think this will work in the navy as we work in the same ship we bound to see each other everyday...
i had a few who cried during their tour of nation service... well now i got one tat gg to suicide. dun noe he is freigning or real...
